I am a level 4 counsellor; I have trained for 4 years and I am qualified and registered with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and psychotherapy). I work within an ethical framework, building a professional relationship within the counselling room where we can work together. I have my own practice in Spalding, Lincolnshire and provide a safe and confidential environment.
I am an integrative counsellor which means that I use a person centred approach, integrating a variety of specific therapies in addition to addressing social and spiritual aspects. This allows you to explore your own conscious thoughts and find answers that will unlock the underlying difficulties you are experiencing and move forward with a better understanding of yourself.
I have had a lot of experience with The Richmond Project and Cruse, this has given me invaluable experience and knowledge of loss, grief, bereavement, separation anxiety, depression, stress, loneliness, self-harm, trauma and feelings of guilt, shame, and worthlessness.
Finding the right therapist is key, it is important that you feel comfortable, that I am the ‘right fit’ for you. Please call for an initial, no obligation chat - I am here to help.
